L'Intel Graphics 2-Core Xe3 è una scheda grafica integrata nei SoC Panther Lake con 2 core Xe3 (16 EUs / 256 ALUs) e 2 core di raytracing. A differenza della grande variante Arc B390 a 12 core, la piastrella della GPU non è prodotta da TSMC ma da Intel (ev Intel 4).

Il nuovo motore multimediale supporta ora la codifica e la decodifica AV1, la decodifica VVC, AVC 10-bit ed eDP 1.5.
