NVIDIA GeForce MX550
La Nvidia GeForce MX550 (GN18-S5-A1, chip TU117-670-A1) è una scheda grafica mobile entry-level per computer portatili. È basata sul vecchio chip Turing TU117 (come il vecchio MX450) e utilizza un bus di memoria a 64 bit con memoria grafica GDDR6. I primi benchmark mostrano un aumento delle prestazioni del 17% rispetto alla vecchia GeForce MX450 che potrebbe indicare un maggior numero di shader (1024 invece di 896). La GeForce MX570, dal nome simile, è circa il 30% più veloce e usa il chip Ampere GA107.
Le prestazioni di gioco dovrebbero essere simili a quelle della vecchia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti e quindi i giochi impegnativi gireranno solo con impostazioni basse in modo fluido.
Il chip TU117 è prodotto su un processo TSMC a 12nm e dovrebbe essere valutato a 25 Watt TGP (come il vecchio MX450).
