La AMD Radeon RX 6600M è una scheda grafica mobile di fascia media basata sul chip Navi 23 (architettura RDNA 2) prodotto nel moderno processo a 7nm. Dispone di 1.792 core (28 CUs - compute unit) e 8 GB di veloce memoria grafica GDDR6 collegata con un bus di memoria a 128 Bit. Il chip include anche 32 MB di Infinity Cache. La velocità di clock dei core dipenderà dal portatile secondo AMD. Il consumo energetico (impostazioni TDP) varia da 50 a 100 Watt con diverse velocità di clock (simile a Nvidia).

A 100 Watt il clock di gioco raggiunge i 2177 MHz e le prestazioni dovrebbero essere simili a quelle di una RTX 3060 per i portatili. Quando gli effetti Raytracing sono attivati, cade dietro le GPU GeForce.

Il chip Navi 21 è prodotto presso TSMC nel moderno processo a 7nm. Rispetto ai chip Nvidia da 12nm, la RX 6600M dovrebbe offrire una buona efficienza energetica.
