NVIDIA T600 Laptop GPU

La GPU Nvidia T600 Laptop (o Quadro T600 per i portatili) è una scheda grafica mobile professionale basata sull'architettura Turing (chip TU117). È simile alla consumer GTX 1650 con 896 core CUDA e un bus di memoria a 128 bit per la memoria grafica GDDR6 (10 Gbits). Il chip è prodotto in 12nm FinFET presso TSMC. La T600 è stata introdotta come aggiornamento insieme alla T1200 e dovrebbe essere leggermente più lenta della vecchia Quadro T1000 (2,6 contro 2,5 TFLOPS di picco di prestazioni SP).

La generazione Turing non ha solo introdotto il raytracing per le schede RTX, ma ha anche ottimizzato l'architettura dei core e delle cache. Secondo Nvidia i core CUDA offrono ora un'esecuzione simultanea di operazioni in virgola mobile e intere per aumentare le prestazioni nei carichi di lavoro pesanti dei giochi moderni.

Inoltre, le cache sono state rielaborate (nuova architettura di memoria unificata con il doppio della cache rispetto al Pascal). Questo porta fino al 50% in più di istruzioni per clock e un utilizzo più efficiente del 40% rispetto al Pascal. Al contrario delle più veloci schede Quadro RTX, le T600 non presentano raytracing e core Tensor.

Attualmente Nvidia specifica solo il TDP di 25 Watt (la vecchia T1000 aveva un TDP di 40-50 Watt). Pertanto, la T600 dovrebbe essere adatta ai portatili sottili e leggeri.
