Dispone di 2.048 core (32 CU - unità di calcolo) e 8 GB di veloce memoria grafica GDDR6 collegata ad un bus di memoria a 128 bit. Il chip include anche 32 MB di Infinity Cache. La velocità clock dei core dipenderà dal laptop secondo AMD. La velocità del clock di gioco specificata è 2300 MHz (molto probabilmente a 120 W TGP).
AMD confronta le prestazioni con la GPU desktop RTX 3060 e dichiara frame rate significativamente più veloci in un paio di giochi (senza Raytracing). Sebbene le prestazioni di Raytracing siano aumentate per RDNA 3, le GPU GeForce sono ancora più veloci in questo senso.
Il chip Navi 33 è prodotto da TSMC nell'attuale processo a 6 nm (rispetto a 4 nm della serie Nvidia RTX 4000). Il consumo energetico (TGP) è compreso tra 75 e 120 Watt.
