Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada Generation è una scheda grafica professionale per le workstation. La scheda grafica è dotata del chip grafico AD102, che combina 18.176 unità shader nella sua configurazione completa. Anche la Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 è dotata di AD102. Tuttavia, offre solo 16.384 unità shader. La generazione Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada dispone anche di 128 core RT, 512 core tensoriali e 48 GB di memoria grafica GDDR6 con rilevamento degli errori (ECC).
Prestazioni
Le prestazioni della generazione Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada sono significativamente migliori rispetto a quelle di Nvidia GeForce RTX A6000. Le differenze di prestazioni tra la generazione Ampere e l'attuale generazione Ada Lovelace erano già evidenti nel settore consumer. Di conseguenza, anche l'attuale modello di punta delle schede grafiche per workstation può ottenere prestazioni estremamente elevate. Grazie ai driver certificati, che dispiegano tutto il loro potenziale in combinazione con le applicazioni professionali, anche una Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 può essere superata.
Rispetto alle applicazioni convenzionali, che non possono contare sulle prestazioni dei driver appositamente adattati, la generazione Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada è chiaramente inferiore alla Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090. Il consumo energetico significativamente inferiore rispetto all'ammiraglia consumer fa la differenza in questo caso.
La Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada generation richiede un massimo di 300 watt sotto carico. La scheda grafica è inoltre progettata per un funzionamento continuo e stabile a pieno carico. Questo è supportato anche dall'enorme VRAM da 48 GB.
