NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super (Desktop)

La NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 per desktop (nota anche come RTX 2060S) Ë una scheda grafica veloce di fascia media della linea GeForce Turing. Rispetto alla vecchia GeForce RTX 2060 (che rimane ancora nella line-up), la versione Super aggiunge 256 shaders e un bus di memoria pi˘ ampio con pi˘ memoria (ora 8 GB GDDR6). Si basa ancora sullo stesso chip TU106 (ora completamente utilizzato) e attualmente non ha una versione mobile (al contrario della RTX 2060 mobile).

Caratteristiche

NVIDIA produce il chip TU106 in un processo FinFET da 12 nm e include funzionalit‡ come il Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) e il Real-Time Ray Tracing (RTRT), che dovrebbero combinarsi per creare effetti di illuminazione pi˘ realistici rispetto alle vecchie GPU basate sull'architettura Pascal dell'azienda (se i giochi lo supportano). La RTX 2060 Ë anche predisposta per la DisplayPort 1.4, mentre c'Ë anche il supporto per HDMI 2.0b, HDR, Simultaneous Multi-Projection (SMP) e H.265 video en/decoding (PlayReady 3.0).

Prestazioni

La media delle prestazioni della RTX 2060S Ë leggermente migliore della vecchia GeForce GTX 1080 e mostra un netto miglioramento rispetto alla vecchia RTX 2060. Pertanto, la 2060 Super Ë posizionata nella fascia media e ben si adatta alla maggior parte dei giochi del 2018 in 1080p e 1440p. Rispetto ad AMD, l'RTX 2060 Super Ë posizionata per contrastare l'AMD RX 5700.

Consumo energetico

NVIDIA specifica che l'RTX 2060 Super dovrebbe consumare al massimo 175 W e quindi 15 Watt in pi˘ rispetto alla RTX 2060. Nei nostri test il consumo energetico della RTX 2060S Ë stato leggermente inferiore a quello della vecchia GTX 1080.
