NVIDIA NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU

La GPU per laptop NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada Generation è una scheda grafica professionale per notebook. Si basa sulla GPU per laptop consumer RTX 4090 con 9.728 core CUDA, 76 core di ray tracing e 304 tensor core di quarta generazione. Anche l'RTX 5000 utilizza 16 GB di memoria con bus a 256 bit, ma la memoria supporta la correzione degli errori ECC (opzionale, riduce la dimensione a 15360 MB). Le frequenze di clock sono sempre leggermente inferiori per i modelli RTX professionali, motivo per cui anche le prestazioni sono inferiori a quelle dell'RTX 4090 Mobile. Tuttavia, come per l'RTX 4090, ciò dipende dal TDP fornito dal notebook. Secondo Nvidia, l'RTX 5000 può essere configurata da 80 a 175 watt con differenze di prestazioni corrispondentemente elevate.

Nonostante il nome simile, la GPU non è paragonabile alla vecchia NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 (Turing).

Il chip AD103 utilizzato è prodotto da TSMC nel processo 4N (5nm).
