ARM Immortalis-G925 MP11 (MC11) è una GPU di fascia alta per smartphone e tablet, che si trova in questa forma per la prima volta nel MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910. Utilizza 11 core (fino a 24 possibili) e si basa sull'architettura GPU di quinta generazione. Si dice che lavori in modo più efficiente del 30% rispetto al suo predecessore e che offra fino al 37% di prestazioni in più. Le GPU Immortalis-G925 supportano Variable Rate Shading (VRS), Deferred Vertex Shading (DVS) e il ray-tracing basato su hardware. La GPU è prodotta in 3 nanometri.
