Mediatek Kompanio Ultra 910

MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910 è un SoC di fascia alta basato su ARM per i Chromebook. Il chip è simile a quello di Mediatek Dimensity 9400 per gli smartphone, ma senza un modem 5G e un core GPU disattivato.

La CPU non utilizza più i classici core a risparmio energetico, ma la seconda generazione del "design all big core". In questo caso, c'è un ARM Cortex-X925 con un massimo di 3,62 GHz, tre Cortex-X4 con un massimo di 3,25 GHz e quattro Cortex-A720 con un massimo di 2 GHz. Il produttore ha anche aumentato la cache di livello 3 e SLC rispetto al suo predecessore, che ora ha una capacità di 22 MB (12 MB L3 + 10 MB cache di sistema).

Il sistema integrato ARM Immortalis-G925 integrato con 11 core è responsabile dei calcoli grafici. Si dice che le prestazioni e l'efficienza energetica siano migliorate fino al 44%.

Le prestazioni in Geekbench 6.4 sono paragonabili a quelle di Mediatek Dimensity 9400. Rispetto a un attuale processore per notebook di Intel, come il Core Ultra 5 135U le prestazioni single-core sono leggermente migliori, ma le prestazioni multi-thread sono leggermente peggiori.

La MediaTek NPU 890 è responsabile dei calcoli AI.

Il SoC è prodotto con il processo a 3 nanometri di TSMC (N3E).
