AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
L'AMD Ryzen 7 5700U è un processore per portatili sottili e leggeri basato sulla generazione Lucienne. L'R7 5700U integra tutti gli otto core basati sulla microarchitettura Zen 2 ed è il secondo processore della serie U più veloce al lancio. Sono clockati a 1,8 (clock di base garantito) a 4,3 GHz (Turbo) e supportano SMT / Hyperthreading (16 threads). Il chip è prodotto sul moderno processo TSMC a 7 nm. Rispetto al più veloce Ryzen 7 5800U basato sulla nuova architettura Zen 3, il 5700U è fondamentalmente una CPU Renoir rinominata (Zen 2). Le prestazioni dovrebbero essere leggermente superiori al vecchio Ryzen 7 4800U, grazie alla maggiore velocità di clock di CPU e GPU.
Oltre agli otto core della CPU, l'APU integra anche una scheda grafica integrata Radeon RX Vega 8 con 8 CU e fino a 1900 MHz . Il controller di memoria a doppio canale supporta RAM DDR4-3200 e LPDDR4-4266 ad alta efficienza energetica. Inoltre, 8 MB di cache di livello 3 possono essere trovati sul chip.
Il TDP dell'APU è specificato a 15 Watt (default) e può essere configurato da 10 a 25 Watt dal venditore del portatile (la maggior parte dei chip sono configurati più in alto di 15 Watt). Ciò significa che il chip è destinato a computer portatili sottili e leggeri (ma con ventole).
