Intel i7-11375H

L'Intel Core i7-11375H è un SoC quad core di fascia alta per portatili da gioco sottili e leggeri e workstation mobili. È basato sulla generazione Tiger Lake H35 ed è stato annunciato all'inizio del 2021. Integra quattro core di processore Willow Cove (8 threads grazie all'HyperThreading). La velocità di clock di base dipende dall'impostazione del TDP e può variare da 3 (28 W TDP) a 3,3 GHz (35 W). Rispetto all'i7-11370H, l'unica differenza è il Turbo Boost 3.0 aggiuntivo per un singolo core. Con esso, il 11375H può clockare fino a 5 GHz. Due core possono clockare fino a 4.8 GHz (come il 11370H) e tutti e quattro i core possono arrivare fino a 4.3 GHz. Il 11375H può utilizzare tutti i 12 MB di cache di livello 3.

Le prestazioni del processore i7 dovrebbero essere molto simili all'i7-11370H. Solo i carichi di lavoro brevi a thread singolo saranno leggermente più veloci. Le prestazioni multi-threaded dovrebbero essere chiaramente superiori al vecchio Core i5-10400H (Comet Lake, il quad core più veloce della decima generazione) grazie alla nuova architettura del processore. Il simile Core i7-1185G7 offre specifiche simili al 11370H ma un TDP inferiore e quindi anche prestazioni inferiori (sostenute).

Il SoC include anche la scheda grafica Xe migliorata con tutti i 96 EU clockati fino a 1350 MHz.

Inoltre, i SoC Tiger Lake aggiungono il supporto PCIe 4 (quattro corsie), l'accelerazione hardware AI e la parziale integrazione di Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 e Wi-Fi 6 nel chip.

Il chip è prodotto nel processo migliorato a 10nm (chiamato 10nm SuperFin) di Intel, che dovrebbe essere paragonabile al processo a 7nm di TSMC (ad esempio Ryzen serie 4000).
