L'Intel Core i9-11900KB è una CPU Octa-Core che è stata utilizzata nel NUC Intel Beast Canyon. Si basa sulla serie Tiger-Lake-H45 ed è stato annunciato nel secondo trimestre del 2021. I core del processore possono avere un clock da 3,3 a 5,3 GHz; tutti i core contemporaneamente possono raggiungere i 4,9 GHz. La CPU dispone di 24 MB di cache di livello 3 e di memoria DDR4-3200. La scheda grafica UHD integrata è basata sull'architettura Xe con 32 core e clock fino a 1,45 GHz.

Come le CPU più lente Tiger Lake-H, il modello 11900KB ha un WiFi 6E parzialmente integrato e Thunderbolt 4 nel chip. Inoltre, il modello 11900KB supporta 20 corsie PCIe 4.0.

Il TDP è stimato a 65 Watt con un clock di base di 3,3. GHz e può essere configurato a 55 Watt (cTDP-down).
