AMD R7 7700X

AMD Ryzen 7 7700X è un veloce processore desktop di fascia alta della serie Raphael. Offre 8 core basati sull'architettura Zen 4 che supporta l'hyperthreading (12 thread). I core funzionano a frequenze che vanno da 4,5 (base) a 5,4 GHz (single core boost). Rispetto alle CPU Ryzen 9 più veloci (come il 7900X), l'R7 offre meno core e velocità di clock leggermente inferiori.

Le prestazioni dell'R7 7700X sono nettamente superiori a quelle della vecchia generazione Ryzen 7, grazie all'architettura migliorata e al moderno processo a 5 nm. Rispetto al Core i7-12900K Alder Lake di Intels, le prestazioni sono abbastanza simili ma ancora inferiori al più recente Rocket Lake i5-13600K (multithreaded).

La serie Raphael utilizza ancora un design a chiplet con due cluster CCD (ciascuno con 8 core possibili, quindi solo uno utilizzato per il 7700X) in 5 nm e un IO-die (compreso il controller di memoria e la iGPU Radeon Graphics) in 6 nm.
