Qualcomm X2E-94-100

Il Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 è la seconda variante più veloce dei SoC X2 per notebook, introdotta nel settembre 2025. Il chip integra 18 core Oryon di terza generazione compatibili con ARM, suddivisi in due cluster. Dodici core fast prime hanno un clock fino a 4,7 GHz (fino a dual-core, 4,4 GHz tutti i core) e 6 core di performance fino a 3,6 GHz. Insieme, la sezione CPU ha accesso a 53 MB di cache.

Il SoC integra anche una potente GPU X2-90 con 1,85 GHz, una NPU con un massimo di 80 TOPS (INT8), un controller di memoria LPDDR5x-9523 con larghezza di banda di 128 bit e 152 GB/s e l'ISP Spectra per fotocamere doppie fino a 36 MP. I supporti di archiviazione possono essere collegati tramite NVMe, PCIe 5.0, UFS 4.0, SD Express e SD 3.0. Il chip supporta anche 3x porte USB 4.0.

Le prestazioni della CPU sono tra i chip mobili più veloci al momento dell'annuncio (secondo i benchmark di Qualcomm). I benchmark nativi sono alla pari con le CPU mobili più veloci come l'M4 Max Apple M4 Max, Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX o AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D. Tuttavia, i software più vecchi e non ottimizzati devono essere emulati e mostreranno prestazioni ridotte.

Il SoC è prodotto con una miscela di N3X e N3P (tramite Computerbase) presso TSMC (3nm). Elite Extreme può essere utilizzato con valori di TDP (PL1) fino a 82 Watt per il pacchetto che include la GPU e 65 Watt per la CPU.
