AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 è un processore mobile veloce della famiglia Gorgon Point, introdotto nel gennaio 2026. L'APU integra 12 core di processore a 2 - 5,3 GHz, una scheda grafica RDNA3+ da 16 CU e un potente motore neurale XDNA 2 da 60 TOPS (accelerazione AI). Rispetto al suo predecessore, il Ryzen AI 9 HX 375la 470 si basa su velocità di clock leggermente superiori (CPU e GPU). Rispetto al simile Ryzen AI 9 HX 475, il 470 si differenzia solo per la NPU leggermente più lenta (55 vs 60 TOP).

Dei 12 core del processore, quattro sono core Zen 5 grandi e 8 sono core Zen 5c più piccoli con meno cache.

Il chip Ryzen AI 9 supporta la RAM LPDDR5x-8533 e DDR5-5600 ed è compatibile con USB 4 (e quindi Thunderbolt). Supporta PCIe 4.0 con un throughput di 1,9 GB/s per corsia, proprio come i suoi predecessori della serie 8000. La NPU XDNA 2 integrata offre fino a 55 INT8 TOPS per accelerare vari carichi di lavoro AI.

Prestazioni

Grazie alle frequenze di clock leggermente più elevate (+100 MHz in Boost, ad esempio), Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 dovrebbe avere prestazioni leggermente superiori a quelle del più vecchio Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 posizionato. Questo lo rende un processore per computer portatili molto veloce e adatto a tutte le applicazioni.

Consumo di energia

Il 470 ha un TDP di base di 28 W, sebbene i produttori di laptop siano liberi di aumentarlo fino a 54 W.

Il processo TSMC a 4 nm (N4P), con cui vengono prodotti i core della CPU, garantisce una buona efficienza energetica.
