Intel Core i7-13650HX
L'Intel Core i5-13650HX è un processore mobile veloce di fascia alta della serie Raptor Lake. La CPU integra 6 veloci core di prestazioni Raptor Cove (P-cores) con Hyper-Threading e 8 core di efficienza Gracemont senza HyperThreading. I core P hanno un clock compreso tra 2,6 GHz (base) e 4,9 GHz (boost single core, all-core 4,5 GHz). I core E, più piccoli, hanno un clock compreso tra 1,9 e 3,6 GHz.
Rispetto ad Alder Lake, Raptor Lake offre core P migliorati (microarchitettura Raptor Cove) con cache più grandi e più core E (stessa microarchitettura Gracemont). Inoltre, il chip supporta una memoria DDR5 più veloce (fino a 5600 MHz per il 13980HX, ma solo 4800 MHz per l'i5).

Il suo chilometraggio può variare a seconda dei limiti di potenza della CPU e della competenza della soluzione di raffreddamento del suo sistema.
La CPU è ancora prodotta su un processo FinFET da 10 nm ulteriormente migliorato (Intel 7) che consente velocità di clock più elevate. Il consumo energetico è specificato a 55 W di base fino a 157 Watt di potenza massima. Potenza turbo.
