L'Intel Core 5 220U è un SoC Raptor Lake Refresh per lo più identico al modello 120U 120U. In quanto tale, presenta 2 core Raptor Cove veloci e 8 core Gracemont lenti, oltre al (piuttosto vecchio) 80-EU Xe e il loro consumo energetico complessivo a lungo termine è limitato a 15 W per impostazione predefinita.
Non c'è una vera e propria NPU e, a differenza del 120U, questo chip 2025 più recente non dispone di vPro Essentials.
Prestazioni
Una CPU di fascia media inferiore, la media del 220U nel database dei risultati dei test di Geekbench 6 è buona per circa 5.000-7.000 punti, il che la rende più o meno veloce delle vecchie APU per computer portatili con motore AMD Zen 3, come il modello Ryzen 5 5600U.
