L'AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 è un lento processore single core per portatili e netbooks piccoli e sottili. Offre un controller di memoria integrato DDR2 ed un link HyperTransport da 800 MHz (HT1600). Le prestazioni sono leggermente superiori alle CPUs Atom (al livello delle dual core Atom) ma il consumo energetico è più elevato.
