L'AMD Athlon II Neo K125 è un processore single core di fascia bassa per piccoli portatili. Ha un controller di memoria integrato DDR3-1066 e supporta l'HyperTransport 3.0 da 2000 MHz. Le prestazioni sono simili ad un Core Solo da 1.7 GHz Pentium M e di conseguenza sono superiori rispetto alle CPUs Atom da 1.6 Ghz dei netbooks Intel based.
