Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500

Il Core 2 Solo SU3500 è un processore single core ad efficienza energetica per piccoli subnotebooks. Si basa sull'architettura Penryn ed offre tutte le features di questo core (Virtualizzazione, C6 state, Dynamic Acceleration).

Le prestazioni del processore single core ULV sono paragonabili ad un Atom 330 dual core da 1.6 GHz o ad un Athlon II Neo K125 single core da 1.7 GHz. Tuttavia, entrambi i concorrenti hanno un TDP superiore. Pertanto, le prestazioni calalo nella categoria più lenta in particolare a causa dell'assenza di un secondo core, le prestazioni multi-threading possono essere deludenti.

Con un TDP da 5.5 Watt (1.01 Watt minimo in modalità Deep Power-Down e 12.53 Watt massimo), la CPU è una delle più efficienti dal punto di vista energetico (nel 2009) ed adatta per subnotebooks piccoli e leggeri.
