Intel Celeron B710

L'Intel Celeron B710 è un processore single core per portatili di fascia bassa. Si basa sull'architettura Sandy Bridge (core di seconda generazione) e sfrutta una scheda grafica integrata (Intel HD Graphics basata sulla HD Graphics 2000 da 650-1000MHz) ed ha un set di funzioni ridotto (rispetto ai processori Core più veloci). i.e. sono disattivati Turbo Boost, AES, Hyperthreading, Virtualization VT-d, Quick Sync, Wireless Display e Clear Video. Inoltre, alcune funzioni di risparmio energetico potrebbero essere disattivate, con conseguente riduzione dell'autonomia della batteria rispetto ai processori Core i3.

A causa della velocità clock inferiore, le prestazioni sono piuttosto limitate. Rispetto alla precedente generazione, la B800 dovrebbe essere veloce quanto una Celeron M 560 da 2.1 GHz.

Il controller di memoria integrato dual channel DDR3-1066/1333 supporta fino a 16GB.
