L'Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 è un processore dual core per portatili. Funziona a 2.1 GHz ed ha una shared level 2 cache di 3 MB. Si basa sul core 45nm Penryn, ma Trusted Execution e Virtualizzazione (VT-x) sono disabilitate.

Il P7550 utilizza un core Penryn (Montevina Update) che sfrutta due 2 unità integer, 1 unità floating point, 1 unità load, ed 1 unità store in una pipeline a 14-stages. Grazie alla tecnologia Wide Dynamic Execution, il core riesce a gestire simultaneamente fino a quattro istruzioni.

L'Enhanced Speedstep integrata è in grado di effettuare il downclock del core in modo dinamico fino a 800 MHz per risparmiare energia (in modalità idle).

Recensione del Notebook 3D Acer Aspire 5738DG

La terza dimensioneIl notebook 3D di Acer è studiato per deliziare il gusto degli amanti dei film e delle applicazioni multimediali. Con l'ausilio degli occhiali 3D, ogni foto, film e gioco può essere goduto con una nuova dimensione. Quanto scriviamo non è da considerarsi come un costoso gadget da "smanettone", l'Aspire 5738DG costa solo 150 euro in più rispetto ad una macchina senza funzionalità 3D di pari caratteristiche.

Parata arcobaleno. Design e colore sono le features che vi colpiscono subito davanti al nuovo Sony Vaio CW. Il compatto portatili multimediale da 14 pollici si suppone in grado di dare anche prestazioni elevate con applicazioni e nel gaming.
