In termini di prestazioni complessive, l'A10-4655M dovrebbe avere prestazioni dimili all'A8-4500M ed alla A8-3500M Llano-based. In particolare i carichi di lavoro single-threaded beneficiano delle nuove funzionalità Turbo Core. Se confrontata con la serie Intel Core-i3, l'A10-4655M offre prestazioni inferiori nella maggioranza dei casi. Tuttavia, le prestazioni della CPU del predecessore AMD dovrebbero essere sufficienti per le operazioni quotidiane da ufficio, la navigazione Internet ed anche semplici operazioni di video editing o giochi.

La Radeon HD 7620G integrata DirectX 11-compatibile offre tutti i 384 shader cores del chip Trinity e grazie al Turbo Core, lavorerà sempre tra 360 e 497 MHz in base alle esigenze delle applicazioni in uso. In media, le prestazioni della GPU HD 7620G è paragonabile alla Radeon HD 7610M dedicata ed è anche più veloce rispetto alla HD Graphics 4000 che si trova negli Intel Ivy Bridge.

Il consumo energetico della APU A10-4655M è di 25 Watt di TDP e di conseguenza è paragonabile ai precedenti processori LV. Di conseguenza, la A10-4655M più adatta ai notebooks da 12-pollici o superiori.
