EN→IT Archive.org versionThe Toshiba Satellite T115D is a very worthy budget thin-and-light laptop, it’s a good option for students or people constantly on the go. Depending on your needs, you may want a more powerful PC at home since this laptop is not cut out for gaming or lots of multi-tasking. However, for getting work done during the day in a mobile manner the 11.6” screen Satellite T115D stands out. I do wish the battery life were better than the 4 – 5 hours I got and there were some issues with heat build-up. While the T115D design is better than the Acer Aspire 1410, overall I still lean towards the Aspire 1410 for its outstanding battery life and better performance. However, if you like the Toshiba brand and the looks of this laptop then the T115D is a buy!

ATI Radeon HD 3200: Scheda grafica integrata (sul chipset RS780M) con memoria condivisa basata sul core HD 2400. Troviamo anche il motore video UVD che decodifica video HD. Inoltre, supporta Hybrid CrossfireX (per l'accelarazione) e PowerXpress (per risparmiare energia) con una scheda grafica dedicata della serie HD 3000.
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.

MV-40: Lento processore single core per portatili piccoli e sottili. Leggermente più veloce rispetto ai sistemi Atom based ma il consumo energetico è più elevato.
