L'AMD Ryzen 7 5700G è una APU desktop con 8 core e parte della serie Cezanne. Gli 8 core sono basati sull'architettura Zen 3 e possono avere un clock tra 3,8 e 4,6 GHz. Grazie al Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT), la CPU supporta fino a 16 thread contemporaneamente. Al momento del lancio, il 5700G è il più veloce 8-core-CPU con una iGPU di AMD.

Le prestazioni della CPU del 5700G sono molto buone per una CPU a 8 core e nelle applicazioni multi-threaded si avvicina a un Ryzen 7 5800X, in single core cade un po' dietro al Ryzen 5 5600X.

La AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 integrata è attualmente una delle iGPU più veloci e capace di 1280 gaming in dettagli bassi.

Il Ryzen 7 5700G è prodotto a TSMC in 7nm e ha un TDP di 65 Watt.
