NVIDIA GeForce GTS 150M
La NVIDIA GeForce GTS 150M è una scheda grafica dalle buone prestazioni per portatili (lanciata nel 2009) basata sul vecchio core G94b (realizzato in in 55nm). Tecnicamente di tratta di una GeForce GTS 160M con un clock più lento. Per quanto ne sappiano Nvidia non è riuscita a progettare un design vincente per la GTS150M di conseguenza non si trovano portatili e benchmarks con questa scheda grafica.
