La Radeon Xpress X1250 (conosciuta anche con il nome ATI Mobility Radeon X1250) è una scheda grafica onboard. La troviamo sulla scheda madre AMD M690G Northbridge (comunque ha la sua memoria dedicata). E' basata sulla X700 ma con meno pixel- e vertex- pipeline. Le sue performance si collocano tra la X1200 e la X1270. Difficilmente si riesce ad utilizzarla per giocare. Supporta Windows Vista Aero surface.
