HiSilicon Kirin 710

L'HiSilicon Kirin 710 è un Octa-Core-SoC di fascia media basato su ARM per smartphone e tablet basati su Android. È stato annunciato a metà del 2018 e contiene 8 core di processore (4x Cortex-A73 fino a 2,2 GHz, 4x Cortex-A53 fino a 1,7 GHz, BigLITTLE), un ARM Mali G51 MP4, un controller di memoria LPDDR4 a doppio canale e una radio LTE (600 Mbps in basso, 150 Mbps in alto). Pertanto, la parte della CPU è simile ai Kirin 960 e 970 (entrambi con clock più alto), ma la scheda grafica è molto più lenta. 

Il Kirin 710 è prodotto a TSMC in 12 nm (rispetto al Kirin 960 e al Kirin 970 da 16 nm).

L'HiSilicon Kirin 710F è lo stesso chip con un pacchetto diverso (FCCSP - Flip Chip Chip Chip Scale Package) e offre le stesse specifiche (vedi ad esempio la nostra recensione della Huawei P Smart Z).
