Mediatek Dimensity 1000+

Il Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ è un SoC di fascia alta con un modem 5G integrato. Comprende quattro core veloci ARM Cortex-A77 fino a 2,6 GHz e quattro core Cortex-A55 efficienti in termini di potenza fino a 2 GHz (Octa-Core con Multi-Processing eterogeneo). Inoltre, il chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G77 MC9 a 9 core, un modem Wi-fi 5, un controller di memoria LPDDR4x, un'unità di elaborazione AI (APU 3.0 con 6 core e 4,5 TOPS max. prestazioni) e la de- e codifica video. Come uno dei primi SoC, la serie Dimensity 1000 offre la decodifica hardware AV1. Il chip è prodotto nel moderno processo a 7nm e dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
