Mediatek Dimensity 900

Il Mediatek Dimensity 900 è un veloce SoC di fascia media con un modem 5G integrato. Include due core ARM Cortex-A78 veloci fino a 2,4 GHz e sei core Cortex-A55 a basso consumo fino a 2 GHz (Octa-Core con Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Inoltre, il chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G68 MC4 a 4 core, un modem Wi-fi 6, un controller di memoria LPDDR4x, un'unità di elaborazione AI e la de-codifica e codifica video.

La Dimensity 800U è prodotta nel moderno processo a 6nm e dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
