Qualcomm SD 662

Il Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 è un SoC di fascia media inferiore basato su ARM che si trova in gran parte nei tablet e smartphone Android. È dotato di 8 core Kryo 260 (design personalizzato, capace di 64 bit) che sono divisi in due cluster. Un cluster veloce di quattro core con fino a 2 GHz (Kryo 260 Gold - Cortex-A73 derivato) e un cluster di efficienza di risparmio energetico con fino a 1,8 GHz (Kryo 260 Silver - Cortex A53 derivato). Entrambi i cluster possono anche essere utilizzati insieme.

Oltre agli 8 core di CPU, il SoC integra una GPU Adreno 610 di fascia media con un controller di memoria LPDDR4 (a doppio canale) e supporta Wi-Fi (802.11ac + MIMO, max. 867 Mbps), Bluetooth 5 e LTE (modem X12 LTE con download fino a 600 Mbps e upload fino a 150 Mbps).

Consumo energetico

Grazie al nuovo processo LPP a 11 nm, l'efficienza energetica dovrebbe essere abbastanza buona.
