L'Unisoc SC9863A (ex Spreadtrum) è un entry level octa core SoC con 8 core ARM Cortex-A55 in due cluster. Un cluster di prestazioni con fino a 1,6 GHz e un cluster di efficienza con fino a 1,2 GHz. Il SoC integra anche un modem LTE (TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GGE), una scheda grafica PowerVR IMG8322 /GE8322 e supporto video 1080p.
