Il MediaTek MT6737T è un SoC 64-bit ARM-based annunciato nel 2016 progettato per smartphones (prevalentemente dispositivi Android). E' realizzato in 28 nm e consiste in quattro CPU cores basati sull'architettura 64-bit Cortex-A53 con clock fino a 1.5 GHz (MT6737 fino a 1.35 GHz). La GPU una ARM Mali-720 MP2. Integra un modem Cat.4 LTE con CDMA2000 ed un video de-encoder per video 1080p30 (H.264 e H.265).

Processore

Il Cortex-A53 è il successore del popolare design Cortex-A7. In aggiunta al salto dell'architettura da 32-bit a 64-bit (ARMv8 ISA) per avere più di 4 GB di memoria, il nuovo design offre una migliore better branch prediction e un maggior rapporto performance-to-power rispetto ai concorrenti Cortex-A9. I quattro cores dell'MT6737 hanno un clock fino a 1.5 GHz e sono quasi alla pari con lo Snapdragon 410 (4x Cortex-A53 da 1.2 a 1.4 GHz). Il processore è adatto per le applicazioni comuni come browsing e applicazioni leggere.

Grafica

La single-core Mali-T720 integrata è una GPU entry-level con clock tra 550-650 MHz per l'MT6737 (o 600 per l'MT6737T). La maggioranza dei giochi Android sarà fluida con frame rates accettabili con risoluzione e qualità medie o basse.

Features

Oltre a CPU e GPU, l'MT6737T SoC integra anche un controller di memoria (1x LPDDR2/3 733 MHz), varie radio (WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS), e un modem cellulare (GSM, UMTS, GPRS, HSPA+, HSUPA, TD-SCDMA, EVDO, ed LTE Cat 4). Integra un motore video che consente la riproduzione di 1080p a 30 FPS. Le fotocamere sono supportate fino a 13 MP.
