Il MediaTek MT8312 è un SoC entry-level per tablets e smartphones Android based. Offre due cores ARM Cortex-A7 con clock da 1.3 GHz (Dual-Core) ed una scheda grafica integrata ARM Mali-400 da 416 MHz.

Il chip include radio GSM / GPRS / UMTS / HSDPA / HSUPA / TD-SCDMA con supporto dual-SIM, un video de- ed encoder da 720p ed un camera DSP per fotocamere fino a 5 MP. Inoltre, è incluso il Bluetooth 4.0 e la radio FM nel SoC.
