OMAP 4470

L'OMAP 4470 è un SoC (System on Chip) di quarta generazione sviluppato da Texas Instruments (TI) per l'utilizzo su telefoni cellulari e tablets. Il chip da 45 nm include una CPU dual cores ARM Cortex-A9 che gira da 1.3 GHz fino a 1.8 GHz con un set di istruzioni ARM v7 ed un motore ARM NEON SIMD (singole istruzioni, multiple data).

Il SoC integra una GPU SGX540 PowerVR con un clock da 277 - 384 MHz, che può utilizzare lo stesso controller di memoria LPDDR2 dual-channel da 400 MHz come i due cores del processore. Rispetto all'OMAP 4430, il 4470 ha un clock superiore sia sulla CPU che sulla GPU.
