L'Apple A6 è un SoC dual-core con CPU cores ARM compatibile. L'A6 è stata sviluppata da Apple e supporta il set esteso di istruzioni ARMv7s. Il clock rate della CPU è tra 800 e 1200 MHz in base al carico della CPU. La GPU integrata è una PowerVR SGX543MP3 da 266 MHz.
