MediaTek MT8163 V/A 1.5 GHz

Il MediaTek MT8163 V/A è un SoC ARM based entry-level o fascia media per tablets (Android based). Offre quattro processor cores ARM Cortex-A53 (quad-core) che hanno un clock fino a 1.5 GHz. Inoltre, nel SoC sono integrati una scheda grafica ARM Mali-T720 MP2 con clock da 600 MHz, un controller di memoria DDR3x32 1600Mbps, Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n, GPS ed FM.

Il MediaTek MT8163 V/B che ha un nome simile è la versione con clock più lento, con un CPU clock fino a 1.3 GHz (-6%) e GPU fino a 520 MHz (-13%).

Le performance si collocano nella fascia entry level del 2015 e spesso sono simili al Kirin 910T (guardate il benchmark di seguito).
