Mediatek Dimensity 1200

Il Mediatek Dimensity 1200 è un SoC di fascia alta con un modem 5G integrato. Include tre cluster di CPU. Un veloce ARM Cortex-A78 fino a 3 GHz con 2x cache L2, 3 ulteriori A78 fino a 2,6 GHz e per l'efficienza energetica quattro core ARM Cortex-A55 fino a 2 GHz.

Inoltre, il chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G77 MC9 a 9 core, un modem Wi-fi 6 (ax), un controller di memoria LPDDR4x (fino a 5266Mbps), un'unità di elaborazione AI (APU 3.0 con 6 core) e video de- e encoding (incluso AV1).

Il chip è prodotto nel moderno processo a 7nm e dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
