Mediatek Dimensity 800U

Il Mediatek Dimensity 800U è un SoC veloce di fascia media con un modem 5G integrato. Comprende due core ARM Cortex-A76 veloci fino a 2,4 GHz e sei core Cortex-A55 efficienti in termini di potenza fino a 2 GHz (Octa-Core con Multi-Processing eterogeneo). Inoltre, il chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G57 MC3 a 3 core, un modem Wi-fi 5, un controller di memoria LPDDR4x, un'unità di elaborazione AI (APU 3.0) e la de- e codifica video.

Rispetto al Dimensity 820, l'800U offre core A76 con clock più basso e una GPU più lenta.

La Dimensity 800U è prodotta nel moderno processo a 7nm e dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
