Mediatek Helio G90T

Il Mediatek Helio G90T è un ARM SoC per smartphone (principalmente basato su Android) che è stato introdotto nel 2019. È prodotto in un processo FinFET a 12 nm ed è equipaggiato con 2x grandi core ARM Cortex-A76 con fino a 2,05 GHz e 6x piccoli ed efficienti core ARM Cortex-A55 (max. 2 GHz) in due cluster (bigLITTLE). Il chip integra anche un ARM Mali-G76 3EEMC4 (dovrebbe essere una variante MP4 - quattro cluster) clcoked a 800 MHz. Inoltre, il modem LTE integrato supporta il download Cat-12 600 Mbps e l'upload Cat-13 150 Mbps. È integrato anche il Wi-Fi 5 (a/b/g/n/ac). Il controller di memoria supporta LPDDR3 e LPDDR4x fino a 2.133 MHz con capacità fino a 10 GB.
