HiSilicon Kirin 810

L'HiSilicon Kirin 810 è un Octa-Core-SoC di fascia media basato su ARM per smartphone e tablet basati su Android. È stato annunciato a metà del 2019 e contiene 8 core di processore. Due core veloci ARM Cortex-A76 con fino a 2,27 GHz e sei piccoli core ARM Cortex-A55 a basso consumo energetico con fino a 1,88 GHz (bigLITTLE). Inoltre, il SoC integra una scheda grafica a medio raggio chiamata ARM Mali-G52 MP6 con 6 cluster. Per l'accelerazione AI, il Kirin 810 integra una Ascend D100 Lite NPU (architettura Da Vinci). Il modem LTE integrato supporta la Cat.12/13 con Dual Sim VoLTE. Per la fotografia, il Kirin 810 integra il Kirin ISP4.0. Il controller di memoria supporta LPDDR4X fino a 2133 MHz. Inoltre, WiFi 802.11ac e Bluetooth 5.0 sono integrati nel chip.

Il SoC è prodotto nel moderno processo a 7nm al TSMC e quindi dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
