Mediatek Dimensity 700

Il Mediatek Dimensity 700 è un veloce SoC di fascia media con un modem 5G integrato. Include due core ARM Cortex-A76 veloci fino a 2,2 GHz e sei core Cortex-A55 a basso consumo fino a 2 GHz (Octa-Core con Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Rispetto al simile Dimensity 800U, il 700 offre core CPU con clock inferiore (-200 MHz) e una GPU più lenta (un core in meno).

Inoltre, il chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G57 MC2 a 2 core, un modem Wi-fi 5, un controller di memoria LPDDR4x-2133, un'unità di elaborazione AI (APU 3.0) e la decodifica e codifica video.

La Dimensity 700 è prodotta nel moderno processo a 7nm e dovrebbe essere molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
