Il Lenovo Yoga 15 può essere descritto come un "tuttofare, ma specialista in nessun settore". Mette il naso in vari settori di portatili e lo fa bene sempre, ma occorrono dei compromessi per poter lavorare in vari scenari insieme. E' un convertibile con capacità gaming, un portatile multimedia con design 2-in-1, ed un portatile, entry-level gaming ben costruito. Con tutti questi vari potenziali, è difficile individuare un settore in cui lo Yoga 720 sia particolarmente eccellente.

Lo chassis è realizzato in modo ottimo e appare elegante. La tastiera è eccellente per chi scrive molto. Lo schermo ha un profilo di colore che migliora con la calibrazione. La presenza di una CPU quad-core ed una GPU dedicata sono benvenuti rispetto ai componenti poco potenti che si trovano di solito nei 2-in-1. 

Ma la selezione di porte è carente. La tastiera non eccelle per particolari aspetti. Lo schermo è molto riflettente, il che crea problemi con condizione di luce particolari. E la CPU subisce pesante throttling per mantenere basse le temperature. 

Nel complesso, il Lenovo Yoga 720 è un decente "tuttofare". Ha molte capacità ed è versatile, colmando il gap tra convertibile, dispositivi multimedia, e dispositivi gaming. Sebbene ci siano portatili che superano lo Yoga 720 in ciascuno di questi campi, si tratta di una buona opzione per chi cerca un tuttofare.
