Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Alla fine di questo test, la domanda riguarda i potenziali soggetti interessati a questo dispositivo. Innanzitutto a chi cerca un affare e vuole molte features senza spendere molto. Questi utenti avranno fotocamera principale e frontale da 13-megapixel. Supporto Dolby Audio per le casse. Una decente autonomia, uno schermo buono, ed un'espansione di memoria tramite micro-SD fanno parte del pacchetto complessivo.

Il Blade V8 è uno smartphone con buone performance nel settore economico della fascia media.

E i lati negativi? Dovrete sapere che non si tratta di uno smartphone premium nonostante il case in alluminio. La configurazione testata è solidamente nella media, ma niente di più. Un modello più costoso potrebbe essere necessario se volete maggiore potenza ed una configurazione migliore. I valori di prestazione mediocri nel confronto sono il principale punto di critica. Sfortunatamente le casse sono poco potenti senza l Dolby Audio, e quindi manca volume. La fotocamera presenta evidenti problemi in condizioni di luce scarsa.
