Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Il BQ Aquaris X Pro è un decente smartphone di fascia media che non ha problemi a confrontarsi con la concorrenza. Anzi il contrario: grazie al case robusto in metallo e vetro, questo smartphone da 5.2" può essere facilmente scambiato per un'ammiraglia. Lo stesso vale per il display high-resolution IPS con elevata luminosità, e risoluzione FHD.

In aggiunta, l'Aquaris X Pro offre una buona fotocamera da 12 MP, un lettore di impronte affidabile, e prestazioni complessivamente buone anche per il gaming e le applicazioni pesanti, oltre ad un GPS preciso, e una autonomia ampia, la Quick Charge, e una porta USB Type-C.

Il BQ Aquaris X Pro è uno smartphone molto buono che bilancia bene le mancanze.

Ci sono solo poche pecche, e non sono rilevanti. Li possiamo considerare difetti estetici.

Lo slot secondario SIM-card condivide lo spazio con il lettore MicroSD-card – ma potete usarli entrambi. La precisione del colore è mediocre nel migliore dei casi ma si nota solo se siete esperti. Inoltre l'Aquaris X Pro ha solo una cassa mono.
