Intel Celeron Dual-Core T3000

L'Intel Celeron T3000 è un processore a due core basato sul Penryn e di livello base. Molte funzioni del core Penryn sono disattivate ed in particolare le funzioni di risparmio energetico (manca lo Speedstep) e di conseguenza l'autonomia della batteria con questa CPU è peggiore (rispetto alle CPUs Core 2 Duo). La virtualizzazione e le funzioni Trusted Execution sono anch'esse disattivate.

Le prestazioni della T3000 si collocano nella fascia base alla pari con le vecchie AMD Turion X2 da 2.0 - 2.3 GHz (in base al benchmark). Pertanto, le applicazioni pesanti (come HD video editing o giochi 3D) possono risentire delle scarse prestazioni della CPU.
