Uno scooter e un’automobile ti portano da un punto A a un punto B, ma in modo differente. Lo stesso fanno uno smartphone ed una fotocamera: entrambi scattano foto ma puntano a target differenti. C’è chi preferirà l’uno e chi l’altro. Qui ti ritrovi seduto sopra uno dei migliori scooter, se non il migliore che ci sia: comodo, con un’autonomia infinita, bello esteticamente (non nella colorazione Orange, per alcuni) e senza nulla da invidiare agli altri smartphone. Certo, chi non è attratto dalla fotografia può guardare tranquillamente oltre: un OPPO Find X9 Pro accontenta il 90% delle persone, ma probabilmente anche “solo” un Find X9 base è più che sufficiente per la maggior parte di noi.

Dopo diversi giorni di prova, Oppo Find X9 Ultra si lascia leggere subito per quello che è: un camera flagship costruito con una visione precisa e con ambizioni molto alte. La parte più riuscita del progetto, secondo me, sta proprio qui. Oppo non ha realizzato un top di gamma premium qualsiasi con una camera forte da mettere in vetrina. Ha costruito uno smartphone che mette davvero la fotografia al centro e che prova a farlo in modo serio, ricco e anche molto piacevole nell’uso di tutti i giorni. La principale è di altissimo livello, il 3x è una lente che si usa con grande soddisfazione, mentre il 10x ottico è quel dettaglio che cambia davvero il rapporto con il telefono e porta a cercare scatti che con tanti altri modelli nemmeno proveresti a fare.Ed è questo l’aspetto che resta di più. Oppo Find X9 Ultra non si limita a fare bene le foto; invoglia proprio a usarlo come strumento fotografico, a sperimentare, a stringere l’inquadratura, a cambiare prospettiva e a sfruttare davvero un sistema che ha pochissimi punti deboli. In un contesto come il Golfo del Tigullio, tra riflessi sul mare, scorci, dettagli lontani, facciate luminose e luce spesso complessa, questa qualità è emersa in modo molto chiaro. Il telefono dà la sensazione di avere sempre una focale giusta e, soprattutto, di saperla usare bene. Attorno alla fotocamera, poi, c’è un prodotto completissimo. Il display è ottimo, l’hardware è sempre rapido, il software è maturo e l’autonomia è uno dei punti forti più piacevoli dell’intero pacchetto.

Recensione Oppo Find X9 Ultra: Uno spettacolo ma solo per chi può spendere!

Il Find X9 Ultra, almeno per come si presenta, è uno di quei prodotti che non hanno paura di esagerare. Esagera nella scheda tecnica, esagera nella presenza scenica, esagera nel focus sulla fotografia. Ma forse è proprio questo il suo punto di forza. In un mercato in cui molti top di gamma sembrano sempre più simili tra loro, OPPO prova a riportare sul tavolo un dispositivo con una personalità fortissima e con una direzione molto chiara. Ci sono smartphone top di gamma che cercano di essere equilibrati, completi, versatili. E poi ci sono smartphone come questo OPPO Find X9 Ultra, che invece hanno una missione molto precisa: spingere al massimo il concetto di camera phone. E infatti basta guardarlo anche solo per pochi secondi per capire quale sia il messaggio. Qui non siamo davanti al solito flagship premium con una buona fotocamera: qui OPPO vuole portare nelle mani dell’utente un prodotto che, almeno sulla carta, possa sostituire in tante situazioni una vera fotocamera compatta evoluta.

Il Find X9 Ultra, almeno per come si presenta, è uno di quei prodotti che non hanno paura di esagerare. Esagera nella scheda tecnica, esagera nella presenza scenica, esagera nel focus sulla fotografia. Ma forse è proprio questo il suo punto di forza. In un mercato in cui molti top di gamma sembrano sempre più simili tra loro, OPPO prova a riportare sul tavolo un dispositivo con una personalità fortissima e con una direzione molto chiara. Ci sono smartphone top di gamma che cercano di essere equilibrati, completi, versatili. E poi ci sono smartphone come questo OPPO Find X9 Ultra, che invece hanno una missione molto precisa: spingere al massimo il concetto di camera phone. E infatti basta guardarlo anche solo per pochi secondi per capire quale sia il messaggio. Qui non siamo davanti al solito flagship premium con una buona fotocamera: qui OPPO vuole portare nelle mani dell’utente un prodotto che, almeno sulla carta, possa sostituire in tante situazioni una vera fotocamera compatta evoluta.

Senza ombra di dubbio ci troviamo di fronte a uno dei dispositivi più completi e ambiziosi attualmente disponibili nel panorama smartphone. L’esperienza complessiva è costruita attorno a un’idea precisa, che ruota principalmente intorno alla fotografia e alla creazione di contenuti. Non si tratta però di un prodotto sbilanciato su un singolo aspetto. Al contrario, ogni componente contribuisce a costruire un sistema coerente, capace di offrire prestazioni elevate in ogni ambito. Naturalmente, non mancano alcuni piccoli compromessi. Dimensioni e peso possono non essere adatti a tutti, soprattutto per chi cerca uno smartphone più compatto. Oppo Find X9 Ultra review: the closest phone yet to a real camera in your pocket

For me, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is hands down the best camera phone I’ve used yet. Does a phone need four cameras? It depends on who you ask, but now that I have spent a few weeks with the phone, my resounding answer is yes. The 3x camera is phenomenal, the 10x camera zoom range is incredibly useful, and the quality far exceeds any digital zoom. Hasselblad Master mode is also a standout; it finally gives me exactly the kind of less-processed, more camera-like images with custom film recipes I've been wanting from a flagship phone. Add in superb video, excellent battery life, a gorgeous screen, and a design in Tundra Umber that I absolutely love, and Oppo has made my perfect camera phone. It is not completely flawless. Standard mode can still look too processed for my taste, the teleconverter integration is more limited than it should be, and there are still some minor settings tweaks I'd love to see. But if your priority is having the most capable, most versatile, most photography-focused phone possible, the Find X9 Ultra is exceptionally hard to argue against.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is here and it packs perhaps the most advanced camera system in a phone yet. The Find X9 Ultra packs a 200-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.1-inch sensor, a 200-megapixel 3X 70mm zoom lens with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, a dedicated 230mm telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide. The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and offers a 7,050 mAh battery with wireless charging support.

In isolation, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is an excellent piece of tech, albeit pricier than other Ultras. It's not just a great cameraphone, it's a great all-rounder, too. It has an extra-long battery life, fast charging, a great display, although the full 144Hz is rarely utilized, and offers a nice, customizable software experience, which will get about five major upgrades in the future. However, if video quality is on top of your priority list, that may not be the Find X9 Ultra's forte. Videos are soft-ish across the board, or at least they are not on an "ultra" level. It's too early to say whether it's the best camera-centric phone in the first half of the year, but it's definitely up there with the best, and honestly, that should be enough. Still, we suggest waiting for all Ultras to hit the market before digging deep into your pockets. But among the big three cameraphones, the gaps are so small that it will probably boil down to preferences regarding design, software, your favorite focal lengths and features more than anything else.

The latest leaks and rumours point to some ridiculously good camera tech, so here's a final look at the latest news ahead of our OPPO Find X9 Ultra review. The biggest difference between this almighty mobile and the Pro model appears to be the camera hardware. Not too surprising given the size of that bump. The OPPO Find X9 Ultra will apparently sport a PAIR of 200MP sensors, one for the regular wide shooter and one for the telephoto snapper. That main sensor is the same Sony Lytia effort slapped in the Vivo X300 Ultra, which I reviewed just yesterday - so check that out for an idea of what to expect vs the OPPO Find X9 Ultra! In other areas, this phone appears to be similar to the Pro model. That display should be another stunner, while the battery capacity is slightly reduced for the OPPO Find X9 Ultra.
