Inutile girarci troppo attorno, OnePlus 15R è un telefono che si compra soprattutto per l’incredibile autonomia accostata a un’ottima gestione interna delle temperature che ne fanno anche un telefono sempre pronto e attivo. L’autonomia può davvero valere il prezzo che OnePlus chiede per questo 15R, perché dimenticare per un paio di giorni lo stress della ricarica può dare più benefici di quanto si possa immaginare se non si vive questa sensazione. Tuttavia, non si può dimenticare che lato imaging il peso è retto tutto dalla camera principale che eredita quanto di buono già visto su OnePlus 15, mentre la selfiecam standard da 32 MP e la ultra grandangolare con lo storico IMX355 arrancano un po’ alle sue spalle.

I microfoni fanno il loro dovere, ma il distacco con il OnePlus 15 si sente: il fratello maggiore restituisce una voce più cristallina, piena e decisamente meno "artificiale" in chiamata. Tirando le somme, il OnePlus 15R impone dei compromessi ben precisi.

It feels weird to be so down on the OnePlus 15R when its much more successful predecessor launched in the US less than 12 months ago and in the same calendar year, but that’s where we’re at. I love seeing OnePlus push the battery envelope as it has with the 15R, but that alone isn’t enough to justify the rest of the phone’s shortcomings — especially when it’s as expensive as it is.

Qualcomm Adreno 840: Unità grafica integrata nel SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 per smartphone con tre fette a 1,2 GHz ciascuna. Secondo Qualcomm, è più veloce del 23% rispetto alla generazione precedente (Adreno 830).
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
