Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF

L'Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF è un processore desktop basato su Arrow Lake con 20 core in due cluster. Gli 8 core per le prestazioni hanno un clock fino a 5,5 GHz e i 12 core più piccoli per l'efficienza fino a 4,6 GHz. Tutti i core della CPU possono utilizzare la Smart Cache (L3) da 30 MB.

I chip Arrow Lake-S sono composti da diversi chiplet. La parte della CPU è prodotta presso TSMC nel moderno processo N3B (3nm); anche la GPU proviene da TSMC nel processo N5P. Il SoC e il tile I/O sono prodotti nel processo TSMC N6. Il tile di base è prodotto da Intel nel processo a 22 nm e trasporta i singoli chiplet grazie al packaging 3D di Fovero.

Rispetto all'analogo Core Ultra 7 265K, il 265KF non integra una scheda grafica Intel Grafica Intel chiamata iGPU a 4 core e manca anche delle funzioni vPro.

Il TDP è specificato tra 125 watt (a lungo termine) e 250 watt (turbo).
